How do I get Pastel Points?

All orders on our website earn Pastel Points. You have to have an account on PastelStreet.com. Please consider that orders made through other channels (such as Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp, etc) or without an account do not earn Pastel Points.

Which rewards can I get?

Each time you level up, you will get a surprise gift along with your next purchase and a virtual badge. Each time you complete an achievement, you will earn a virtual badge that you can review on PastelStreet.com. If you reach level 5, you will get a special and exclusive piece of clothing that is only available to those who reach this level. After level 5 you can get more points, although there will be no more levels or special rewards (for now).
