Washing Instructions

• Use cold or low-temperature water.
• Do not bleach or use similar products.
• Iron only over the fabric, placing a layer of cotton cloth between the product and the iron.
• Do not iron over ornaments or special materials such as pearlescent or holographic leather.

Shipping and Delivery Times

Pastel Street Premium products may take up to 2 months to be crafted and shipped. Shipping is included in the price. Please keep in mind that the buyer is responsible for paying any customs-related taxes, if applicable.

Purchasing Policies and Warranty

If you notice any manufacturing defects within the first 5 days after receiving your product, we will replace it at no additional cost. Pastel Street Premium products cannot be returned or refunded, as they are made to order.
