Washing instructions

• Clothing must be washed by hand at first. Then it can be washed by machine. Accessories such as chokers should not be washed and should be cleaned with wipes.
• If your product includes special fabrics (such as reflective, iridescent or holographic), set your machine to delicate wash cycle ONLY. Do not use dryer!
• Use mid-low temperature water
• Do not bleach or use similar products
• For ironing special fabrics (such as reflective, iridescent or holographic) use a cotton fabric layer between the product and the iron to protect the material.

Shipping and delivery times

We ship out products with DHL Express. Orders of in-stock products usually arrive in between 4 to 9 days after an order is placed. Orders over $250 USD include Free International Shipping <3.

Please consider that customized and made to order products may take about 1 to 2 months to be made. If you need your order fast, we recommend to place orders of in-stock products only.

Purchasing policies and warranty

If within the first 7 days of receiving your product you notice manufacturing defects, we will replace your product at no additional cost. If you received your product and you want to change the size, please keep on mind that you have to pay both the shipping cost of the return of the products and the shipping cost of the new products. If you want a refund after receiving the products, you will have to ship them to us and the value of the refund will be 75% of the original amount (both options possible up to 2 days after receiving the product and only for products ordered on this website). Custom made products cannot the returned or refunded. Please keep on mind that the buyer is responsible for paying the customs related taxes in case that it applies.
