When choosing a size, please keep on mind that the measurements displayed are of the product, not the body size (we suggest you to use a product that fits you well as reference to compare size).

Washing instructions

• Clothing must be washed by hand the first time. After that, it can be washed by machine. Accessories such as chokers should not be washed and must be cleaned with wipes only.
• If your product includes special fabrics (such as reflective, iridescent or holographic materials), set your machine to a delicate wash cycle ONLY. Do not use a dryer.
• Use mid-low temperature water
• Do not bleach or use similar products
• When ironing special fabrics (such as reflective, iridescent or holographic), place a cotton cloth between the product and the iron to protect the material.

Shipping and delivery times

Orders of in-stock products usually arrive within 7 to 14 days after purchase. Products on backorder may take up to 60 days to be made and shipped. Orders over $250 USD include free international shipping.
Please note that customized and backordered products may take 1 to 2 months to be produced. If you need your order quickly, we recommend purchasing in-stock products only.

Purchasing policies and warranty

If you received your product and you want to change the size, please keep on mind that you have to pay both the shipping cost of the return of the products and the shipping cost of the new products. Custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded. Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs taxes if applicable.
